We want you to be
happy with your order, but if there is a problem do please call us and we will
do our very best to sort it out for you. Stock which have been incorrectly
ordered or do not meet your expectations can be returned to us for a full
refund provided they are returned to us in good order within 4 weeks of the
date of invoice.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. The cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility.
In the unlikely event that goods are of substandard quality or incorrectly supplied, they can be returned to us for a full refund of the invoiced amount and the cost of returning goods to us.
Personalised and custom built products cannot usually be returned, unless by prior agreement.
